NovaSpin Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions act as a legally binding agreement between you (the Player) and Mixxxed Bag LLC (hereinafter referred to as “NovaSpin”). By registering an account or using the Platform, you affirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
THE GAMES DO NOT OFFER REAL MONEY GAMBLING, AND NO ACTUAL MONEY IS REQUIRED TO PLAY. BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIM. ALL DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION.
1. Definitions
Gold Coins (GC): Virtual social gameplay currency for standard play. GC has no real monetary value and cannot be redeemed for prizes.
Sweeps Coins (SC): Sweepstakes entries given as free bonuses. SC cannot be purchased. Eligible SC won through gameplay can be redeemed for prizes.
Platform: The NovaSpin website and all related services.
2. Player Participation and Eligibility
To participate in the Games, you must meet the following strict criteria:
Age: You must be at least 18 years of age (19 years of age for players in Alabama, Nebraska, and Ohio).
Restricted Territories: You MUST NOT reside in or access the Platform from the following states: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington, and West Virginia. Players outside the USA are also prohibited.
Personal Use: You must participate for personal recreational purposes, not on behalf of a business or third party. You must not use a VPN or proxy to hide your actual location.
3. Customer Account Rules
Single Account: You are allowed to maintain only one (1) Customer Account. Opening multiple accounts will result in immediate suspension.
Accuracy: The name on your account must match your government-issued ID and your payment methods.
Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your login details secure. Never share your password.
Inactive Accounts: If you do not log in for twelve (12) consecutive months, your account becomes inactive, and any remaining coins will expire.
4. Purchases and Refunds
Payment Ownership: You must legally own the credit card or payment medium used to purchase Gold Coins. Use of third-party cards is strictly prohibited.
Limited Refunds: Purchases of unused Gold Coin packages are refundable within the first 48 hours of purchase, provided no Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins have been played. After 48 hours, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Void Games: If the Platform or a Game undergoes a system malfunction, error, or bug, all subsequent gameplay and resulting awards are considered VOID.
5. Prize Redemption
When redeeming eligible Sweeps Coins for legal tender, the following rules apply:
Minimum Balance: You must have a minimum balance of 100 redeemable Sweeps Coins to initiate a prize redemption request.
Play-Through: Sweeps Coins must be played at least once (1x) in our games before they become eligible for redemption.
Maximum Limits: There is a daily maximum prize redemption limit of $1,000. In the state of Florida, the maximum redemption value for a prize won on any single spin is $5,000.
Expiration: Sweeps Coins are valid for sixty (60) days from your last login. After 60 days of inactivity, they will expire.
Processing Time: Redemptions may take up to ten (10) business days to process. Redemptions over $10,000 may take an additional 7-10 days for security clearance.
Taxes and Verification: You are responsible for any applicable taxes. NovaSpin may require a W-9 form and your Social Security Number for redemptions totaling $600 or greater. Identity verification is required before any payment is sent.
6. Fraudulent Conduct
Your account will be suspended and closed immediately if you engage in any Fraudulent Conduct, including but not limited to:
Using bots, software, or machines for automatic play.
Providing false documents, fake IDs, or misleading information.
Using a VPN to bypass restricted territory blocks.
Colluding with other players or money laundering.
Abusing the Live Chat service with offensive, racist, or threatening language.
7. Responsible Gameplay
NovaSpin supports responsible social gameplay. At any time, you may request a time-out, set limits on coin purchases, or ask for self-exclusion. Please refer to our Responsible Social Gameplay Policy for details.
8. Dispute Resolution and Agreement to Arbitrate
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: By accepting these Terms, both you and NovaSpin agree to resolve any past, present, or future disputes through final and binding individual arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Las Vegas, Nevada.
- Class Action Waiver: You waive your right to participate in any class action, mass, collective, or representative proceeding.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending an email to admin@NovaSpin.com within 30 days of accepting these Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaSpin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, server disruptions, or data loss. In no event shall NovaSpin's liability exceed the amount you have paid to NovaSpin in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding your claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
