NovaSpin does not offer any real-money gaming. Gold Coins (GC) are for social gameplay only and have no cash value. Only Sweeps Coins (SC) won through promotional gameplay can be redeemed for real-world prizes. Void where prohibited by law.
Please read these rules carefully. They are part of the NovaSpin Terms and Conditions and include an agreement to resolve disputes through individual arbitration.
1. Eligibility: Who Can Play?
To play on NovaSpin, you must meet the following requirements:
Age: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, such as 19 in some areas).
Location: You must be a legal resident of the United States.
Restricted States: You cannot play if you are located in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington, or West Virginia.
Employees of NovaSpin, their family members, and affiliates are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Get Free Sweeps Coins (SC)
You need an active Customer Account at www.novaspin.com to participate. There are four (4) ways to collect free Sweeps Coins:
A. Free Gift with Gold Coin Purchases: When you buy specifically marked Gold Coin packages for fun, you may receive free Sweeps Coins as a bonus.
B. Social Media Giveaways: Follow NovaSpin's official social media pages. We regularly run free SC giveaways. Follow the instructions on the post (like sharing or answering questions) to win.
C. Daily/Hourly Login Bonus: Log into your account and click "Claim" on the pop-up window. You can claim this free bonus once every six (6) hours.
D. Postal Request (Alternative Method of Entry): You can receive three (3) free SC by sending a handwritten request.
Get a unique 12-digit Postal Request Code from your account.
Use a standard, unfolded 4" x 6" white postcard.
Handwrite your full name, NovaSpin email, residential address, the date, and your unique code.
Write this exact statement: "I am submitting this postcard to enter the NovaSpin Sweepstakes and receive three Sweepstakes Coins. By entering, I acknowledge that I have read, agree, and understand that I am bound by The NovaSpin Sweepstakes Rules and Terms and Conditions."
Mail it in a stamped #10 envelope to: SWEEPSTAKES DEPARTMENT, NOVASPIN, P.O. Box 6430, Watertown, NY 13601.
(Note: Handwriting must be clear. Automated requests or multiple cards in one envelope will be rejected.)
3. Playing Games & Redeeming Prizes
Using SC: You can use Sweeps Coins to play games on NovaSpin. SC won from gameplay can be redeemed for prizes.
Prize Value: 1 eligible Sweeps Coin (SC) equals $1 in prize value.
Minimum Redemption: You must have at least 100 eligible SC (equivalent to $100) in your account to request a prize redemption.
Gameplay Requirement: Sweeps Coins must be played through at least once on our games before they can be redeemed.
Maximum Limits: In Florida and New York, the maximum redemption value won on a single spin is $5,000. NovaSpin also reserves the right to set a daily redemption limit of $1,000.
4. Verification & Taxes
Verification: All winners are subject to verification. Your account details must be successfully verified before any prize is paid to your bank account or digital wallet.
Taxes: You are entirely responsible for any taxes or fees related to your prize. NovaSpin may require you to complete a W-9 form for redemptions over $600.
5. General Conditions & Liability
NovaSpin reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or change the sweepstakes rules at any time without notice if fraud or technical failures occur.
Any attempt to cheat, use automated bots, or disrupt the platform will result in account closure and disqualification.
Release of Liability: By participating, you agree to release NovaSpin, its partners, and platforms (like Facebook, Google, Apple) from any claims, damages, or liabilities.
6. Disputes & Governing Law
All disputes must be resolved through individual arbitration, as detailed in Section 23 of the Terms and Conditions. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
